SERVICES PROVIDED

Serviceberry Collective Inc. provides nonprofit services including education, mentorship, service dog training support, advocacy, and related programs. Services may vary based on availability and individual needs.

PRICING AND DONATIONS

As a nonprofit organization, some services are offered free of charge while others may require fees or suggested donations. Pricing, when applicable, is determined based on program scope, resources required, and is often negotiated on a per-project or per-service basis.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for paid services are due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. In some cases, milestone-based payments may be required for longer-term programs or services.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the balance is paid. Serviceberry Collective Inc. reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees where applicable.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of nonprofit services, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Clients may cancel services at any time, but payments made for services already rendered are non-refundable.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information and to participate respectfully in all programs and services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Serviceberry Collective Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
